Hi, I’m Nicole (she/her). I’ve spent over two decades honing my craft in design and code, with the last 12 of those years focused on user experience design. I thrive in complex problem spaces that the public depends on, and have improved services for Veterans, state health program members and staff, and city residents.

In work and in life, I meet people where they are and approach new things with curiosity and a growth mindset. I love to teach, and I never pass up the opportunity to learn.

When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors with my two rescue dogs, attempting photography, or exploring new places.
